Best Managers on the Net® respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at Best Managers on the Net®’s Web site.

Part I. Information Collection

Best Managers on the Net® collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors: Most forms request only the First name and email address. If someone wishes to join one of our courses we will ask for full name and address and contact information. For product purchases we collect appropriate billing information. Although credit card information is solicited during the purchase process, we do not store credit card information from goods or services purchased through our sites.

Best Managers on the Net® does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Best Managers on the Net® to track identify whether certain information should be presented to the current visitor. Most cookies expire every day. Site visitors going to affiliate links will be identified as coming from our site.

Cookies and AdSense

Third parties, such as Google AdSense, may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons to collect information, while serving ads on our websites.

We do track the number of new and repeat visitors to our site each day, each month and each year. We do track the visitor  traffic to each of our pages. These statistics are not correlated with specific visitors.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web primarily are links to affiliate program products and services. Such links identify our site as the source of the visit.

Part II. Information Usage.

The information collected by Best Managers on the Net® will be used for to respond to individual requests for information and to sent information requested. Email automatically generated from the site will be form specific and simply and acknowledgement that we have received a form input.

Registered users to our newsletters receive additional announcements from us about products, services, specials, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Users will never be added to any of our email lists without their specific approval.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from any other sources.

We never share data with third parties.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by posting dated revisions to this Privacy Policy notice and by email to our lists.

Best Managers on the Net® maintains the accuracy of our information by storing the collected information in a secure web based location. Users request that we provide them a copy of any information we may have which is linked either to their name or email address.
